Description
Cossack Rabble was made up of poor Ukrainian peasants, serfs, the urban poor, herdsmen and all kinds of outlaws. Cossack Rabble took part en-masse in almost every rebellion. Their equipment was improvised and typical for peasant formations. These people were armed with clubs, axes, spears, scythes and other primitive weapons. The Rabble was untrained and keeping discipline among the masses was a serious problem.
